Shane Marks

Shane Marks is a principal software engineer and technical leader with over fifteen years of experience delivering interactive exhibitions and real-time systems worldwide. As founder of a leading interactive media company, he led large multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across three continents.

He now serves in a governance and advisory role, guiding technical architecture, business structure, and operational best practices to help build sustainable, well-run companies in the museum and interactive exhibition sector.
